These are items of Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian "Rules of construction and safe operation of vessels working under pressure" (respectively),
containing documentation requirements, which the manufacturer / supplier of vessels must provide.
It follows that you as a manufacturer / supplier of vessels can make your own
technical passport of the vessel, which will be valid not only for the above-mentioned states, but also for
other
CIS countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. It is necessary to consider only three things:
1. Technical passport of a vessel shall be in Russian (unless there is special requirement from customer to translate the text of the technical passport into the Belarusian, Ukrainian etc).
2. Technical passport shall be made in accordance with the "Rules of construction and safe operation of vessels working under pressure" (form, typography and completion).
3. The technical passport shall be accompanied by:
- drawings of the vessel showing the main dimensions;
- the results of the design calculations
with sketches of walls, openings, lids, etc.;
- the operating instruction/user manual;
- vessel
start up and shutdown procedure in wintertime;
- quotient from division of the allowable stress at 20 degrees Celsius on the allowable stress at calculation temperature
for the material with the smallest value of this quotient from division.
